How billing works
- Top up via Stripe / 易支付 / USDT — credits added instantly
- Each request is metered:
tokens × model_rate × group_rate × completion_rate - Real-time deduction in Redis (< 1ms), reconciled to Postgres async
- Audit log of every call lives in ClickHouse (90-day retention)

USD prices are pre-tax. EU customers can submit VAT ID for B2B exemption. China customers receive 普通发票 by default; 增值税专用发票 available on request.
